Whether you know them from the Daily Nine, Fixing Frankie, or Breaking 90 series, your favorite Barstool Golf personalities are now playable characters in PGA TOUR 2K23 via update!

Over the last few years, the Fore Play podcast crew—Riggs, Frankie, and Trent—have built a substantial following by creating relatable content and forging relationships with some of the biggest names on the PGA TOUR. What started as a group of guys talking about their love of golf has evolved into something bigger than they could’ve imagined.

They may lack the elite ball striking and shot shaping skills of Tiger Woods, but the group has impacted the game in a different way. Their lighthearted, comedic banter is a breath of fresh air and a sign of the ongoing culture shift in the centuries-old sport. Now more than ever, golf is seeing a new wave of players pick up a set of clubs, and Barstool Golf has helped bring more people into the sport.

Even though they aren’t teeing it up on the PGA TOUR, their presence is felt at events around the country, and they’re excited to continue growing the game virtually.

“We’ve been having talks with 2K forever about how to get integrated with this game because we knew that we loved it,” Frankie said during an episode of Fore Play. “I wouldn’t be playing it for 17 hours trying to get a hole-in-one if I didn’t like the game. I love the physics behind it. I think it’s so cool how it actually bounces like a real golf ball; you have to bend it, you have to fade it, you have to work the wind that’s coming in your direction, and hitting out of the rough is different than hitting out of the fairway. We fell in love with all of that stuff.”
