Ranked amongst some of the world’s finest golf courses, St. George’s Golf and Country Club has been masterfully designed to offer a premier golfing experience. The undulating greens, sinuous fairways, and majestic layout will provide you with endless pleasure and challenge in equal quantities.

From the moment you step onto the first tee, St. George’s Golf Course will pique your interest, drive your passion, and test the abilities of even the most astute players in the game.

A tad over 7,000 yards from the back tees, St. George’s Golf Course provides a lengthy challenge, with devilishly narrow fairways and numerous crowned greens that require ultimate precision on the approach play. Be prepared to end up in one of the many strategically-placed bunkers if you fail to keep your ball in play, as you plot your way around the course.

It has played host to the Canadian Open six times, most recently in 2022 where Rory McIlroy was the worthy victor. Will you be adding your name to the list? Come and find out, in PGA TOUR 2K23

Featured Hole: No. 16 (200 yards, par 3)

The closing three holes at St. George’s Golf and Country Club are amongst the most memorable of any golf course in Canada, and beyond.

It all starts off at the par 3 16th.

200 yards stands between you and the green as you place your ball on the tee. This is a deceptive tee shot. At first glance, it appears to play over level terrain, when in fact the green lies 16 feet uphill. This also happens to be one of the smallest greens at St. George’s Golf Course and is peppered with bunkers around the front and sides.

If the hole was not difficult enough, additional bunkers were recently added behind the green to ensure every miss was objectionable. Any ensuing chip and putts are rarely successful, so you really need to hit the green in one, in order to stand a chance of par or birdie.
