Each individual sweepstakes will be announced via a post on one or more social media platforms via a 2K Games, Inc. (“Sponsor”) social account (“Sweepstakes Posting”). A Sweepstakes Posting will include how to enter, the entry deadline (if applicable), the method of determining the winner (e.g., random drawing), and, where applicable, the prize(s)/value(s).[A1] All information contained in a Sweepstakes Posting is incorporated herein by reference.

Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Prizes may not substituted, assigned or transferred or redeemed for cash, however Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Meta Platforms (dba Instagram), X, TikTok, Inc., and their respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in this sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail or social media account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account or social media account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber of the e-mail account is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. Authorized account subscriber of the social media account is the natural person who is assigned the social media account by the applicable platform. DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW: The parties waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Giveaway. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or a sweepstakes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of New York, City of New York.
